Today is the 2nd anniversary of my blog Leadership Principles and I want to thank everyone who has read, commented, shared, and supported me on this journey.
When I stared writing this 2 years ago my goal was to just put my thoughts out there and to share them in the hope that they might be found interesting and helpful.
I never realised what a life altering experience this was going to be.
I have now written 2 books, my third is well underway, and I have now decided to take up a career as a speaker, coach and consultant on leadership.
I have discovered that this is truly my passion and it’s what I want to spend the rest of my career doing, but without all the positive feedback and support I have received I would never have decided to make that move.
I cannot thank you all enough, I truly appreciate it.
I think one of the greatest achievement we can realise is to follow our dreams and to do what we are truly passionate about. You guys have helped me realise mine, and for that I will be eternally grateful.
