Inside out

This is a great video from Zig Ziglar on the importance of attitude.

What this video teaches us is that any change that we want comes from within, it starts with us. We change things from inside to out. Once they change within us, then we will see the change outside us.

We cannot really change anyone, we can only change ourselves.
