A humble man who had a lot he could have shouted about that didn’t.
He didn’t talk the talk, he just walked the walk, and was respected by his team mates and opponents.

There seems to be another analogy to leadership here.
He is not simply running in a straight line to his target, and goes into each infight like i saw it for a lot of other football players.
Instead he seems to anticipate how all the other players might move and takes the long way around them. He needs to be able to read the others. In addition he is fast and flexible.
Fully agree Henry, he didn’t just execute the plan without thought, he was flexible and able to adapt to the situation in front of him, in a very very fast moving environment. I think that was his greatest skill.
