There is a lot of talk about the fact that Millennials are now becoming the largest part of the work force and that they have different demands, and views on the work environment, and that businesses need to be able to respond in order to retain the best talent.
Here’s a study on the next generation, Generation Z who will be following the Millennials maybe we need to take a long term view and come up with solutions that will meet both sets of demands.

I’d like to thank NeoMam who teamed up with Adecco and produced this design outlining the differences between Gen Z & Millennials.
What are your thoughts, I would love to hear them?

Genz is more adventurous that the safe haven seeking Millennials.
Millennials still smart from the lone wolf-hangover of the old world while Genz are highly independent reaping the benefit of the interconnected world.
Parenting has evolved with time along with flexi work measure being a common practice. Hence Genz had more time to spend with their parents while Millennials squandered it with their friends and associates. Genz reales and understand the importance of inclusive growth far better that the millennials.
GenZ will man the incubation while the millennial will cling to secure production line with a steady revenue stream.
The trends of GenZ tends to be highly pervasive with machine enabled decisioneering and Biz Intelligence driven Enterprise where small independent and efficient decentralized module coming together to proffer a common output.
Millennials prefer a more tightly coupled approach with close group operational effort and centralized command structure.
While Millennials root for SPOC enabled environment GenZ will effect a more distributed loosely coupled delivery scenario.
Millennials will respond to security driven retention approach while GenZ will driven by Challenges and recognition.
As the wheel of time turns and Genα ,born after 2010 if we consider the 15 yrs iterative cycle, grow up then GenZ will think more like Millennials and Genα like GenZ. Simple measure of the maturity index brings about certain changes along with it and it shows. Millennials are pushing stable mid 30s now while their counterpart GenZ are in the youthfull early twenties when life is all about myriad experiments and mindless fun.
While approach parameters vary substantially drive for Leadership and Success will always remains as the common denominators with both having its impact and leaving its trail on each Generation’s learning curve
Above all blessed are the parents who raised the successful Millennials and the GenZ and nurturing Genα now
