You need to think of any eventualities which might happen and how you can avoid these, as well as what growth you predict. The last thing you want is your business to boom but you are completely unprepared and your website or supply chain can’t handle the influx of orders and service demands. Make a detailed plan that will outline anything that might happen (good or bad) and where you expect to be at certain points throughout the year.
All employees, no matter how big or small their role, play an integral part in your company. You want to keep them motivated and treat them well so they do the same with your business. By treating your employees as you would wish to be treated, they will want to work hard to please you and take pride in your business.
