This is a huge honour for me, and also recognition for those who have supported and encouraged me on this journey. This is as much an award for them as it is for me.
One of the questions I get asked a lot is how do they decide who to give these awards to, and I must admit it’s something I always ask myself.
This is how Corporate Vision decide on who receives their awards.
The title “Best International Leadership Development Consultant – 2021” has been awarded to only you, no one else has received the same and there is no embargo.
For the selection process we don’t start out with a set number of categorised titles that we choose winning candidates from, but instead begin with set criteria (as below) and look at firms/professionals that meet or exceed this within the range of industry sectors most relevant to the magazine’s circulation, and that we feel are innovators within their particular field.
We feel that this approach allows us to keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations within each industry, and ensures that recipients are being rewarded for excellence within their particular area of expertise and not just because they fit most easily within a select category which often limits the scope.
Our team look at a range of publicly available sources (such as industry journals, company websites & directories, press releases and other published works) in order to put together a list of potential candidates for inclusion based on merit, each of which is then looked at in further detail to narrow down a shortlist. Ultimately, a finalised list is then produced, and each winner is provided with a personalised title which best represents the company’s hard work & achievements
