What are you doing to ensure you continue to grow and develop as a leader?

Since leadership is a journey rather than a final destination, I am always learning. I watch videos and read a lot of leadership-related literature in an effort to broaden my perspective.

Writing has really helped me understand my leadership approach, gain feedback on it, and see how I can change it to make it better.

I try to better understand my leadership style, its impact, and how I can tailor it for different situations.

I look to get feedback from my teams, to see what people feel is working and what isn’t.

Finally, I look to get leadership coaching and get an outside view of what I am doing.

The more we learn, the better we understand, the better we understand, the better we can be!
