How do you help a new employee understand the culture of your organization?
Whenever possible, I aim to hire people whose “core values” coincide with those of the business. The probability that they will adhere to the “core values” will be significantly increased.
Since our “core values” are an integral part of who we are and what defines us, expecting them to change if their values are different from ours is not very likely to occur.
